DurifyAI provides an AI-enabled productivity ecosystem intended to support academic organization, workload management, study optimization, assignment tracking, AI-generated summaries, and related educational assistance.
The Services are informational and organizational tools only and do not constitute professional academic advice, guaranteed grade improvement, or professional tutoring.
DurifyAI disclaims responsibility for how Users interpret or implement AI-generated suggestions or content.
DurifyAI is a planning and reference tool designed to help you organize and prioritize your academic work. While DurifyAI can help you create learning guides, study plans, and task prioritizations, the final academic work you submit to your institution must be your own original work, created through your own intellectual effort and independent analysis.
Users agree to:
DurifyAI can help you understand your assignments, plan your time, and organize your learning strategy. But the actual academic work, essays, problem sets, projects, code, analysis must be demonstrably your own. If you use DurifyAI to help plan or understand your assignments, you must then perform the actual intellectual work yourself.
Your institution may use plagiarism detection software, peer review, or other academic integrity checks that could identify if content submitted as your work was generated by AI or other sources. DurifyAI is not responsible for any academic integrity violations, honor code violations, or disciplinary consequences that result from your misuse of DurifyAI's content. You remain solely responsible for ensuring that all work you submit to your institution complies with your institution's academic integrity policies.
Mandatory Certification at Signup:
During account creation, before you can generate your first Sync Key or use any DurifyAI features, you must actively certify and confirm the following statement by clicking a mandatory checkbox:
"I certify that I understand DurifyAI is a planning and reference tool to help me organize my assignments and manage my time. I understand that the final academic work I submit to my institution must be my own original work. I will not submit DurifyAI-generated content as my own without substantial original contributions from myself. I understand that submitting work that does not reflect my own intellectual effort may constitute academic dishonesty under my institution's policies and may result in serious academic consequences, including failing the assignment, failing the course, academic probation, or suspension/expulsion. I take full responsibility for ensuring that all work I submit to my institution complies with my institution's academic integrity policies."
This certification must be completed once during account setup. By clicking this checkbox at signup, you are explicitly acknowledging your understanding of DurifyAI's purpose, your commitment to academic integrity, and your acceptance of full responsibility for any academic integrity violations arising from your misuse of DurifyAI.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and all activity occurring under their account.
DurifyAI may suspend or terminate accounts displaying harmful, abusive, or fraudulent behavior.
DurifyAI generates summaries, explanations, suggestions, and other AI-generated content that may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or erroneous.
Users must independently verify all AI-generated information.
Users retain ownership of their uploaded or submitted content. By using DurifyAI, you grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free license allowing DurifyAI to process, store, analyze, and utilize your content to provide and improve services.
DurifyAI may use anonymized data for research, analytics, and model training.
By providing a phone number, Users consent to receive service-related SMS messages, including reminders and verification codes. Message/data rates may apply.
Reply “STOP” to opt out at any time.
Some features require payment or subscription. Users authorize recurring billing until cancellation. Refunds may be granted at DurifyAI's discretion unless otherwise required by law.
DurifyAI owns all intellectual property including algorithms, models, branding, UI/UX assets, and service architecture. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or reliability.
DurifyAI is not liable for academic penalties, service disruption, data loss, emotional distress, or indirect damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the past 12 months or $50 (whichever is greater).
DurifyAI may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, technical issues, instability, or legal compliance.
DurifyAI is not responsible for third-party platforms, content, or external privacy practices.
These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in California state or federal courts.
DurifyAI may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
